Buying live worms online comes with one big question: what if they show up dead? We take that seriously. Every live order ships with our Live Arrival Guarantee, so you can order with confidence.

Our Promise

We guarantee your worms arrive alive and healthy. If they don't, and the simple steps below are met, we'll send a one-time replacement per order — no arguing, no runaround.

📋 What You Need to Do

  1. Be ready for delivery. Live worms should not sit in a hot or cold mailbox. Track your package and be present at delivery, or ask your post office to hold it for pickup. Leaving a live shipment exposed to the elements can void the guarantee.

  2. Open and inspect immediately. Unbox your worms as soon as they arrive and check them over. They may look sluggish at first — that's normal after travel. Give them a few hours to perk up before assuming there's a problem.

  3. Report any issue within 2 hours. If worms have genuinely arrived dead, contact us within 2 hours of the carrier's final "Delivered" scan. Send a clear photo or video showing the worms, the original packaging, and the shipping label so we can verify and resolve your claim quickly.

To protect the worms, we ship Monday through Wednesday and may hold orders during extreme heat, freezes, or holidays. Because we ship from North Texas, orders headed to Texas and neighboring states spend less time in transit than shipments crawling across the country from out-of-state farms — which means healthier worms at your door.

📌 The Fine Print

  • Covers one replacement per order. Refunds are not issued for live worms.

  • Claims submitted outside the 2-hour window are not eligible.

  • Claims showing negligence — extreme temperature exposure, delayed pickup, or improper storage after delivery — are not eligible.

  • The guarantee does not apply to bulk orders (10 lbs or more) shipped via standard ground methods. For large orders, overnight or 2-day shipping is strongly recommended.
